1 Banana, very ripe

1 1/2 cups Blueberries, frozen

Ham and Spinach Focaccia Sandwich

Refrigerated

1/2 cup Almond milk, unsweetened

Condiments

2 tsp Honey

Baking & spices

1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

Dairy

1 cup Cottage cheese, low-fat

Frozen

4 Ice

Other

1 cup Low-fat plain kefir

Method:

To a blender add kefir, cottage cheese, almond milk, honey, vanilla, blueberries and banana. Process until combined then add ice if desired and process until smooth. Serve immediately.
