Blue Coconut Cocktail


Vodka, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and some blue curaçao come together to make a festive and colorful holiday drink!

Chinese Orange Cauliflower


  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • ½ cup blue curaçao
  • ½ cup vodka
  • ½ cup cream of coconut
  • 8 cups of ice
  • coconut flakes, for garnish


  1. Add all ingredients to blender, and blend on high until desired consistency is reached.
  2. Dip rim of glass in thin layer of cream of coconut added to a plate and then dip into coconut flakes.
  3. Pour cocktail into glass and serve immediately.
