New Delhi: BJP will celebrate Independence Day in a grand manner, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Anurag Thakur on Tuesday said the saffron party will this year celebrate the in a unique way with all party MPs taking out a ‘tiranga’ yatra across the nation. “Every year we celebrate with full pride and enthusiasm. This year, we will take out processions across the nation with our Indian flag as it is not just a cloth but has immense power which unites 125 crore Indians,” said Thakur.
“Every Indian wants to hoist the nation’s flag and sustain its pride. This from 15th August to 22nd August, for a week all the MPs of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will celebrate the day with lakhs and lakhs of people, who along with people on foot or on motor bikes will take out yatras,” he added.
The BJP MPs will carry out ‘tiranga yatra’ for a week from August 15-22 to commemorate the 70th anniversary of .Modi also wanted the BJP Parliamentarians to inform the people of the 70 achievements of the government on its completion of two years.
