Bihar Road rage case: 6 months after murder, Bihar court frames charges against Rocky Yadav


Charges against Rocky Yadav, son of Janata Dal-United MLC Manorama Devi and three others accused of killing a 12th standard student Aditya Sachdeva in Gaya in May this year, were framed by a court in Bihar on Tuesday.
The charges have been framed by the Gaya civil court against Rocky, his father Bindi Yadav, his cousin Tony Yadav and Rajesh Kumar, the security guard of his mother accusing everyone for killing the teen student.

“The witness proceedings will be started from November 30, by the court” a district police official in Gaya said.

Rocky was blamed for shooting understudy Aditya Sachdeva after his Swift auto surpassed Rocky’s Land Rover on May 7.

Rocky was captured on May 11 and is right now held up in Gaya Central Jail.

In October, Rocky was conceded safeguard by the Patna High Court yet later the Supreme Court scratched off his safeguard and he was sent back to imprison.

As reported by police, Rocky has admitted that he murdered Mr Sachdeva.

Rocky’s mom Manorama Devi, suspended Janata Dal-United MLC, is an intense figure and his dad Bindi Yadav is a criminal-turned-lawmaker in Gaya.
