Flour – 1 Cup
Gram flour – 1/4 cup
Dry coconut – 1/4 cup
Sesame – 1/4 cup
Red Chilli Powder – 3 Tablespoons
Salt to taste
Add salt and 1 spoon of oil in flour. Using this mixture, prepare dough with the help of hot water. Keep it covered for about three hours.
Take another bowl, add dry coconut, red chilli powder, sesame seeds and salt. Mix all these things well together.
Make a thick roti with help of prepared dough. Now put a mixture of dry coconut, red chilli powder, sesame seeds and salt on top of the roti.
Make round roti and roll it properly. Keep it aside for 10 minutes. Now fry it in oil and cut it into your favorite shape. Your Bhakarwadi is ready. Serve it.
