Bengaluru boy Vishnu Raj Menon crowned as Mr India World 2016


Mumbai: Bengaluru Boy Vishnu Raj Menon has been crowned as the winner of Mr India World 2016 pageant.  Menon, was announced as Peter England Mr India World 2016 by Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan, in a star studded ceremony here last night.  Viren Barman and Altamash Faraz, both hailing from Delhi, were announced as the first and the second runner-up respectively at the finale of the pageant.

Over 16 contestants belonging to different states from all over the country had gone through various grooming sessions which were mentored by Prasad Bidapa (Fashion Director), Amit Khanna (Ace Photographer) and Abbas Ali (Celebrity Fitness Coach) along with other renowned panelists of the Indian fashion and film industry. Peter England and celebrity fashion designer Nivedita Saboo altogether styled the wardrobe of the participants for the event.

The “Mohenjo Daro” actor Hritik Roshan felt roused and lowered taking a gander at the members. “I wish them bunches of affection from my heart and more energy to them. I know your family must feel glad, love to them,” he further included.

“The competition shows a great deal of character of a person and is not just about looks. These individuals, while doing their jobs, took out time and taught themselves to achieve this far. I imagine that is honorable. I feel, in the event that they can accomplish this, they can accomplish whatever they need in life,” Hrithik told correspondents here at the occasion the previous evening. “A year ago we had, Mr India win the title of Mr World so we as a whole are hoping it to be a rehash this year,” he said.

Now a global pageant is eagerly awaited and all the people are hoping that the Bengaluru boy Vishnu Raj S Menon can bring home the prestigious title, just like his predecesor, Rohit Khandelwal did, repeating the last year’s incident and making India feel proud once again.

Rohit Khandelwal who made history as the first Asian man to win the title of Mr World, passed down his ‘crown’ to Menon after a tough competition from the others, in the presence of many bollywood celebs which included Kirti Kulhari, Gurmeet Choudhary with his wife Debina Bonnerjee, Sana Khan, Madhurimma Tuli, Sharad Kelkar, Freddy Daruwalla, Ankita Shorey, Adah Sharma etc.
