Basil Seeds & Coconut Porridge

Ingredients:

  • 4 Tbsp basil seeds
  • 250 ml coconut milk
  • 1 mango
  • 50 gms dry cranberries
  • 50 gms dry blueberries
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 pomegranate
  • 2-3 mint leaves

Method:

  1. Soak basil seeds in coconut milk & keep aside for 30 minutes.
  2. Once they have bloomed, pour into a bowl, garnish with chopped or diced mango,
    cranberries, blueberries, pomegranate seeds, mint leaves & drizzle with maple syrup.
