2 cups loosely packed fresh basil leaves
1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt, plus more as needed
1/2 cup olive oil, plus more as needed
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until combined.
- Scrape down sides and blend again, taste, and add more salt if desired. Add more olive oil, 1 tablespoon at a time, and keep blending until smooth and saucy. Refrigerate or use immediately.
