Banana – 5 raw
Red chilli powder – half a spoon

Lemon juice – one spoon
Salt to taste

Coriander leaves – finely chopped
Wash bananas and peel them, cut them round and thin pieces. Now add water and little salt in the vessel, put the banana pieces in it so that they do not fall black.
Put oil in a pan and heat it, after the oil becomes hot, put a rye in it. When the rye starts snapping, add curry leaves and asafetida and fry it.
Now remove the banana pieces from the water and put them in the embroidery; After that add red chillies, turmeric and coriander powder to the bananas and mix them well and allow it to cook on a low flame.
Keep them running in the middle. When bananas are cooked, sprinkle salt over them. After this, add lemon juice and coriander leaves and mix gas.
