Bajra Lauki Thepla Recipe



Millet flour – 1 cup

Wheat flour – 1 cup

Chinese Butter Garlic Fried Rice Recipe

Gourd – a cup mixed

Curd – 1/3 cups

Oil – half cup

Green Coriander – Two Tablespoons

Green Chilli – Half Finely Chopped

Ginger Paste – 1 Tablespoon

Asafoetida – 1 pinch

Cumin – half a teaspoon

Red Chilli Powder – One quarter teaspoon

Haldi powder – one fourth spoon

Sesame – 1 tbsp

Salt to taste

Method :-

First, mix all the things thoroughly by putting millet flour, wheat flour, gourd, ginger, green chillies, green coriander, red chili powder, asafetida, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, sesame, salt, 1 teaspoon oil and curd.

Add a little water and knead it with soft dough and keep it aside for some time. Heat the frying pan and break the small dough of flour and make it round and make it slim like bread.

Put Thepla over the hot pan and apply light oil on both sides. When it turns brown on both sides, remove it out from plate. Delicious millet Thepla will get ready. Serve it with curd or chutney.
