Baingan Ka Bharta Recipe

Matar Ka Paratha Recipe

Method :-

Add some water to the Sahajan pod and cook it well, add turmeric powder, a little water and salt to the remaining vegetables and cook well. Mix these vegetables into a mixer.

Add curd, oil, cumin and straw leaf and chop it into it and cook it on low flame for 2 to 3 minutes, then serve hot hot bread or rice with it.
