Asus to unveil Zenfone AR and Zenfone 3 Zoom handsets in August

Chinese smartphone maker Asus is all set to unveil Zenfone AR and the Zenfone 3 Zoom handsets in August. Asus Zenfone AR costs Rs 53,000 approximately. It involves 5.7-inch WHD display and it is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 SoC. It comes with 8GB or 6GB of RAM and will be available in 32GB, 64GB, 128GB and 256GB variants. It can be expandable to up to 2TB using microSD card.

The cellphone has 23-megapixel rear camera that comes with f/2.0 aperture, 6P Largan lens. On the front, it involves 8-megapixel camera to take selfies. The smartphone runs on Android 7.0 Nougat and includes 3,300mAh battery. Other Connectivity options involve dual-SIM support, fingerprint sensor, NFC, 4G LTE.

While, Asus Zenfone 3 Zoom handset has a price tag of Rs 21,300. It boasts 5.5-inch full HD (1080p) display and it is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 625 processor. The handset is available in two storage variants including 3GB RAM and 4GB with storage options of 32GB, 64GB and 128GB.

It has 12-megapixel rear camera that comes with Sony IMX362 sensors, 1.4-micron pixels, f/1.7 aperture, three-axis and four-axis support, and three auto-focus modes. On the front, it involves 13-megapixel camera that comes with f/2.0 aperture, 5P Largan lens to take selfie. It involves 5,000mAh battery and runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow out-of-the-box.
