Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal "amazed" several admirers when he and his better half turned up without anyone else's input at a prominent gurdwara in Delhi on Monday midnight, AAP official Jarnail Singh said.
Mr Kejriwal alongside his better half, Sunita, went to Rakab Ganj Gurdwara close Parliament without security to participate in Rehansabhi Kirtan, which goes ahead for the duration of the night, and stayed there for 45 minutes, he said.
"Kejriwal and his better half remained in line for 15-20 minutes for 'Matha Tekna' (paying respect) and afterward tuned in (to) Gurbaani as a customary pupil. No declaration of his nearness was made and even no assigned place was secured for his sitting. Sangat (the gathering) was astonished with his effortlessness," Mr Singh composed on his Facebook page.
"Kejriwal sat alongside others without security. He was given gurmat writing outside the Bhai Lakhi Shah Vanjars Hall," he said, including Mr Kejriwal has communicated his desire to go to the Kirtan, a day prior to his sudden visit.
