Mumbai Indians, who won the title of the Indian Premier League (IPL) thrice,roped in a quality pacer in Alzarri Joseph in the replacement of New Zealand's injured player Adam Milne. Twenty-six-year-old Milne had to pulls out from the team due to injury. "Mumbai Indians have replaced Alzarri Joseph in place of injured pacer Adam Milne for the IPL 2019," said the statement released by the IPL.
It is said that, "Joseph has played nine Tests and 16 ODIs for the West Indies. The right-arm fast bowler has taken 25 wickets in the Test and 25 wickets in One day." This move will prove positive for the Mumbai Think Tank, despite considering that Lasith Malinga will join the team for the team's next match against the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB).
