However, Holi is one of the most colorful and vibrant festivals in the country, but can be very unpleasant many times later. Because festivals are perfect excuses to bring on extra weight or calories. With too much sweet and junk food intake can cause health related issue. Don’t overeat

We already know that Gujiya,Papri along with dozen other dishes are devoured during the Holi celebrations. But don't eat too much, it is good to take little. For example take a gujiya instead of one or two.
