New Delhi: In the case of Kulbhushan Jadhav, the International Court of Justice had a hearing on Wednesday. Keeping India's side, the lawyer Harish Salve dominated Pakistan through words and arguments. In front of the judges in the court, he said that a sovereign nation should take care of how it behaves with another sovereign nation.

Deepak Mittal said on behalf of the India in the court, that it is not logical to sentence Kulbhushan to death by Pakistan's military court, and it cannot be ruled out. The Indian advocate, with strong arguments, said that the case of Kulbhushan Jadhav needs to be run in the civil court and with this it should be ensured that they get the benefit of full consular access.

Kasab's case emerged during hearing

Harish Salve said that when we talk of review, I want to remind you of Kasab's case. In India, the Supreme Court said that if this case is related to the death penalty, then whatever evidence has been presented in this case can be tested and it is called review.

Pak's documents on Kulbhushan

The transcript presented on behalf of Pakistan in Kulbhushan Jadhav case is shameful, it is irrational. Not only this, anyone will laugh out at reading or hearing that transcript. But India never believes in such words nor does India's culture allow it to insult a sovereign nation or a person.

Representing the Indian in a splendid way on the issue of Kulbhushan Jadhav, Harish Salve said that we made Pakistan stand in the dock. He said that when you are strong from the side of the law then you talk about the law. When you are strong in the facts, present the facts. But when you are not strong in both of these then you can only beat the table.
