On the second day (Friday) of the Shanghai Corporation Organization (SCO) meeting in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan called Pakistan a young country. While addressing the 19th meeting of the Council of Heads of SCO, he said that we have all kinds of sources and many other reasons to change our dream into reality and we are far-reaching and our will power is strong. He said that co-ordination between ownership and our efforts will help us successfully in our transformation.
Imran Khan also said that Pakistan is a country with a young population and there is infinite energy in it. Pakistan makes its partnership on the basis of mutual respect, sovereign equality and equal profit. At the same time, they talked about reconciliation with all issues. He said that the interaction between the two countries can only be overcome by mutual conversation. Khan further said that this can also be done to eliminate the growing tension between neighboring countries.
At the same time there was no meeting between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Pakistan's PM Imran Khan at the SCO conference. It was also said in the report that during the dinner, the heads of both the countries had signed, but still neither did they meet nor had eye-contact.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi reiterated India's stand on the Chinese President Xi Jinping at the SCO Summit that Pakistan should take concrete action against terrorism before the talks begin.
