An arrest warrant has been issued for fugitive diamond trader Nirav Modi, by the Westminster Magistrates Court. The sources said the warrant had been issued last week, and that India had been made aware of this on Monday. ED sources said= today that a London court has issued an arrest warrant against Nirav Modi. At any time the London Police could arrest him.
Nirav Modi had seen on the streets of London earlier, after which the Foreign Ministry issued the statement saying that the government was taking action against Nirvava Modi extradition.
