Pakistan's Prime Minister Imran Khan has introduced a programme to create 'new Pakistan' and completely eliminate poverty from his country, which is being described as ambitious and bold. Through this plan named 'Ehsaas', there is a goal of reducing inequality in Pakistan, eliminating poverty, investing for public welfare and advancing backward districts in development. Under this programme, 115 policy measures will be taken in 4 areas.
The policy statement of the 15 pages released by the Prime Minister's Office on Monday. PM Imran Khan has given this information. Though the realization plan was launched on 27th March, it has been introduced in detail for the first time. Under this, data and technology will be used to promote financial inclusion, increase access to digital services and empower women financially.
According to Khaleej Times, Imran Khan said that this programme will be centered in four areas through 115 policy steps. Under this problem of possession of the elite class will also be removed to the resources, because it is a kind of corruption, in which public resources are used for the benefit of some people who are socially well-liked.
Imran tweeted that "I am pleased to release my policy statement on #Ehsaas, my priority poverty reduction programme with its 4 focus areas and 115 policy actions to reduce inequality, invest in people, and uplift lagging districts.'
However, the big question is, where will the government of Pakistan bring the money for its ambitious plan, because the economy of Pakistan is extremely fragile.
