Uttar Pradesh's Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has promised to give justice to those killed in the Sonebhadra conflict. CM Yogi said that four other officials, including the SDM, have been suspended. 29 people were arrested. The Chief Minister said that a committee under Additional Chief Secretary (Revenue) has also been constituted, which will submit its report within 10 days. In the Ghorwal area of Sonbhadra district, ten people were killed on Wednesday, and 28 others were injured in the struggle to protest the efforts of the village head and his supporters to occupy 90 bighas disputed land.

It will take care of the dispute through revenue records and give its recommendations.
