This meeting was managed by ISI by Pakistan's intelligence agency, the meeting took place in Bahawalpur. It is Jaish-e-Mohammed's donor Masood's base camp from where he performs his terrorist activities.

On 26th February, Indian Air Force carried out air raids in Balakot, destroying the largest Jaish terrorist camp.
