Mumbai: Thackeray has acquired a collection of about 24 crores in the first three days of the release at the box office.
The film, which opened from Rs 6 crores, earned Rs 10 crores on 26th January or the second day and that means adding Rs eight crores on Sunday ie the third day, the film's earnings have now risen to 24 crores in three days and it is expected that the film Will get a collection of up to 35 crores in the first week.
Thackeray got the highest collection from Maharashtra only. Thackeray has also been released in Hindi along with Marathi.
