State-run oil marketing companies kept the retail petrol and diesel prices unchanged for a second day on Wednesday (April 3) across major cities of the country.
In national capital DelhiPetrol is being sold at Rs 72.86 a litre while diesel is sold at Rs 66.09 a litre per litre, no change compared with Tuesday's price.
In Chennai petrol costs Rs 75.62 for a litre of petrol, while diesel costs Rs 69.78 per litre according to Indian Oil Corp website, no change in price as against Tuesday’s rates.
Similarly, petrol is retailing at Rs 78.43 per litre and diesel can be availed at Rs 69.17 a litre in Mumbai.
In kolkata citizens have to shell out Rs. 74.88 per litre for petrol while diesel is sold at Rs 67.83 a litre, no change in prices compared with Tuesday's prices.
