Petrol diesel price is continuously increasing after some relief. In the second trading day of the week, petrol is 13 paise a liter in Delhi, while diesel price is up by 19 paise. Diesel prices have increased for the 13th consecutive day, while petrol prices have increased for the sixth consecutive day.
Apart from national capital Delhi, petrol prices have increased by 13 paisa in Kolkata and Mumbai, while in Chennai petrol price has increased by 14 paisa a liter. If we talk about diesel, 19 paise was expensive in Kolkata, while in Mumbai it was 20 paise and Chennai's 21 paise per liter. After the increase, the new price of petrol in Delhi is Rs 71.27 per liter. In Kolkata, Mumbai and Chennai, petrol prices are Rs 73.36, 76.90 and Rs 73.99 per liter, respectively. Similarly, the new price of diesel in four metros has gone up to Rs 65.90, Rs 67.68, Rs 69.01 and Rs 69.62 per liter respectively.
