In the Indian market, Jeep Compass is available in two variants. These include both petrol and diesel engines. The petrol variant has a 1.4-liter turbocharged engine, generating a maximum power of 160 Bhp and a peak torque of 250 Nm. The same, the diesel variant has a 2.0 liter Fiat multizet engine, generating a maximum power of 170 Bhp and a peak torque of 350 Nm. Petrol engine comes with front wheel drive. Whereas, the diesel variant comes in both options as the front wheel and all-wheel drive.
