Apple – One
Lost – 1/4 cup
Sugar – 1/4 cup
Ghee – 1/4 cup
Cardamom powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Cashews – 1/2 teaspoons (chopped)
Almond – 1/2 teaspoon (chopped)
First, peel the apple and grind it in a mixer, then heat the ghee in a pan. Now add Cashews and Almonds and fry it.
After this add the powdered apple. Allow them to cook on low flame for 10 minutes. When the apple is cooked, add mawa and sugar to it and cook it until it thickens.
When it is made well, finally add cardamom powder, cashew nuts and almonds to it and garnish it. Apple pudding is ready.
