American Chop Suey



Noodles – 100 gms

Corn Flour – 3 Tablespoons

Capsicum – 1 cup

Carrot (finely chopped) – 1 cup

French bins (finely chopped) – 1 cup

Close cabbage – 2 cups

Sprouted Moong Dal – 1 Cup

Tomato Sauce – 3 Tablespoons

Soya Sauce – 1 Tablespoon

Salt to taste

Vinegar – 1 teaspoon

Chilly sauce

Basil leaves – 5

Method :-

Firstly boil American Chop Suey by adding salt and a little oil to the water. When it becomes soft, remove it from the water and wash it, and after cooling it out in the plate, add one and a half tablespoon corn flour and mix it.

Put oil in a pan for heating, when the oil becomes hot, add noodles to it and then cool them well on both sides. When the noodles become crystallized, take them out of the oil and keep them in the plate.

After that, add 2 spoons of oil to the kadahi, when the oil is hot, add beans, carrots, capsicum, cabbage and moong dal and cook vegetables on high flame.

After cooking the vegetables, add 1 cup of water, soya sauce, chili sauce, tomato sauce, salt and boil it and mix basil leaves together.

After that, add 3 spoons corn flour in water and put vinegar on top and cook for 2 to 3 minutes and turn off the gas. American Chop Suey is ready, make a hot-hot survey with this sauce.
