A Delhi court today conceded safeguard to Aam Aadmi Party lawmaker Amanatullah Khan, who was arrested regarding an inappropriate behavior case recorded by his relative, after the examiner said he was not required for custodial cross examination.
Metropolitan Magistrate Vijeta Singh Rawat gave the help to the legislator on an individual obligation of Rs. 35,000 and a surety of the like sum and requested that him not contact the complainant or debilitate her to reclaim the objection.
"He might not in any way at all meddle in the continuous test, the court said, including that at whatever point he is required in the police headquarters, he will join and not join his supporters," the court said.
While forcing certain conditions on him, the court said that if disregarded, the examining officer (IO) will be at freedom to approach the court for cancelation of Mr Khan's safeguard.
"At first sight from the assertions, it creates the impression that area 498A of IPC all things considered is not made out against the denounced as there is no confirmation for any interest of endowment or with respect to mental/physical savagery executed by him on the complainant."
"The essential affirmations against him are of area 354 IPC which are of year 2011-2012. Be that as it may, there are assertions of segment 509 IPC which might be later in nature," the court said.
The court passed the request after the examining officer said that the government official was not required for custodial cross examination and the test with respect to him was finished.
In its request, the court additionally cautioned the administrator saying, "he should not in any way at all, by and by or through his relatives, contact the complainant or debilitate her to reclaim the grievance."
Mr Khan was captured yesterday and sent to a day in legal authority.
The official was captured by Delhi Police for the second time in three months on isolated protests of ladies. On September 18, the Okhla MLA, who was out on safeguard for another situation of attack and criminal terrorizing, had gone to the Jamia Nagar Police station and had requested that the police capture him yet they had can't.
