Akshay Kumar discloses the real story behind his Indian flag photo


Actor Akshay Kumar was recently criticized for sharing a picture on his instagram account by holding the National flag upside down. Upon which, Khiladi has given a statement on Twitter.

‘Rustom’ actor asserted that he was untangling the flag and on observing that he was holding it incorrectly, he made an attempt to correct it and for the moment, someone captured his photograph. Akshay Kumar was not aware that his photograph was taken.

During the press conference of Toilet: Ek Prem Katha, he disccussed about the matter and made an apology if he hurt someone’s emotion. Later, he was found boosting Indian cricket team at the ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup that took place recently at The Lord’s and shared some pictures on social media.

When the photograph gone viral on social media, he immediately deleted it and also made an apology on twitter.

He shared, “Extending my sincerest apology for violating the code of conduct for the tricolor.Didn’t mean to offend anyone,the picture has been removed.”

Apart from it, Akshay Kumar is all set for his upcoming film ‘Toilet: Ek Prem Katha’ that is scheduled to hit the theatres on August 11. He will also be seen in film ‘Gold’ opposite TV actress Maouni Roy and Padman opposite Radhika Apte and Sonam Kapoor.
