Ajmer candidates of Congress and Bharatiya Janata Party are all set to lodge their nomination papers for Ajmer Lok Sabha by-polls on Jan 10 in Rajasthan.
On Monday, Raghu Sharma reached Ajmer after being nominated by the Congress party. He believed that the results of by-election will be historic. He discussed with the local leaders about the strategy for filing nomination papers, campaigning for election and voting.
He said that former Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, State President Sachin Pilot and senior leader CP Joshi will be present on the day of nomination.
BJP candidate Ramswaroop Lamba will also file his nomination papers on January 10. At the time of nomination, Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje, State President Ashok Paranami, Rajya Sabha MP Bhupinder Singh Yadav etc. are likely to be present.
