NEW DELHI: Civil Aviation Minister Ashok Gajpathi Raju on Friday propelled the AirSewa entrance and portable application as an activity to offer helpful and bother free air travel understanding.
The Civil Aviation Ministry said the new activity will work through an intuitive online interface and also a versatile application for both android and iOS stages.
The entryway incorporates a system for grievance redressal, back office operations for grievance taking care of, flight status, calendar and air terminal data.
As per Minister of State for Civil Aviation Jayant Sinha, the AirSewa entrance and application is an endeavor to give an efficient way to deal with review traveler grievances.
The Ministry expounded that travelers will now have the capacity to enroll their grievances through the versatile application or a web-based interface.
“Nodal officers have been chosen for all partner offices, who will address the grievance in a period bound way,” the Ministry said in an announcement.
“Every grievance shared will be coordinated to the dependable nodal organization for determination in light of the grievance classification picked by the complainant.”
The announcement advance said clients will have an alternative to check the flight status and calendar between any of airplane terminals through the gateway.
