On Rakhar Punia a year ago, Dr Gandhi and Fatehgarh Sahib MP Harinder Singh Khalsa were suspended after they neglected to turn up at the gathering's rally at Baba Bakala and went ahead to go to a parallel meet held by gathering volunteers. In spite of the fact that Dr Gandhi was served a show-cause notice, he had looked for the knowing about his case by the "Lokpal" of the gathering.

In any case, the gathering's national disciplinary activity board of trustees is yet to accept an approach the matter. Dr Gandhi cleared up that he was not wanting to shape a political gathering. He said the discussion would be a stage where similarly invested individuals could meet up and battle the insidious and degenerate powers in the state.

"The weight bunch we plan to frame may in the long run take the state of a political gathering since Punjab needs a compelling local outfit that tends to the interests of the general population," he included. Asserting that the AAP high charge was "regarding Punjab as a state of Delhi and embarrassing the Punjab initiative," Dr Gandhi said he was allowed to go anyplace since he had not sold himself to AAP.
