Islamic State women suicide bombers hit Iraqi troops in Mosul, kill one


An Iraqi officer says that two ladies suicide bombers, covering up among a gathering of escaping civilians, targeted Iraqi troops in Mosul, murdering one soldier and injuring a few.
Sgt Ali Abdullah Hussein says the assault was the most recent by the Islamic State bunch as Iraqi forces surround the last pocket of militant-held territory in the Old City neighborhood.
