7 killed, 15 injured in Baghdad car bomb blast


BAGHDAD, IRAQ:  Late on Monday police officials has also conveyed that, a car bomb detonated near a hospital in central Baghdad, killing at least seven people. The explosion was also near the site of a July bombing that killed more than 300 people, in the most horrible single bomb assault to ever hit the Iraqi capital.

Police officials has also further conveyed that, an explosives-laden van detonated in Baghdad’s Karrada neighbourhood a little previous to midnight (2100 GMT), setting numerous nearby shops on fire. A police colonel accounted a preliminary toll of seven killed and at least 15 injured for the blast, which went off near Abdel Majid hospital. The statistics were long-established by interior ministry sources. There was no instantaneous claim of accountability for the bombing but all such attacks presently have been claimed by the ISIS terrorist group.
