LISBON: A 4-year-old Ohio kid envisioned in police photographs in the rearward sitting arrangement of an auto while his grandma and her beau were drooped over from a medication overdose is moving in with different relatives.
Columbiana County Juvenile Court manager Dane Walton told The Media that the kid's extraordinary uncle and incredible auntie in South Carolina appealed to the court for care, which was allowed Monday by a judge.
Walton says the grandma, Rhonda Pasek, was allowed care of the kid six weeks back. Walton says the judge's report demonstrates that at the time there was "no confirmation presented" of any medication issues with Pasek.
Pasek is being hung on a tyke peril charge. Her beau, James Acord, confessed to kid danger and working a vehicle while inebriated.
