3 BSF men killed in ambush by terrorists in South Kashmir


Three BSF personnel were killed and four others basically harmed when terrorists trapped their escort close Bijbehara on Srinagar-Jammu national roadway today. "Its a shocking episode. The BSF caravan was assaulted on the national parkway by terrorists who terminated at it from the by-paths close Bijbehara," Director General of Jammu and Kashmir Police K Rajendra said.

Authorities said that three BSF work force recognized as Head Constable Girish Kumar Shukla, Constable Mahinder Ram and Havaldar Dinesh were murdered while four others were harmed in the occurrence which occurred at 4.30 PM almost an administration healing center, 52 kms from here.

BSF Director General K Sharma is racing to the spot to take load of the circumstance. The BSF caravan including 23 vehicles was originating from Jammu to Srinagar shipping jawans who were coming back to join their obligations after their leave. Extra strengths have been raced to the territory which has been cordoned off by CRPF and Rashtriya Rifles.
