LONDON: A 28-year-old Italian wingsuit pilot passed away in Alps as he was sharing his video live on the social networking site Facebook. The incident took place on Sunday.
The name of the person has been identified as Armin Schmieder. He committed this step near Kandersteg in Switzerland.
Before jumping from the flight, the deceased told his friends, 'today you fly with me', the Daily Mail reported on Sunday.
The video of the pilot got viral which showcased him getting ready with his wingsuit before pocketing his phone and taking off. Also, the photos of the person have been shared on the social media.
According to the video available, some moments later a shout was heard by online watchers. Followers watching the video immediately reacted with horror on Facebook.
Soon after the incident, he reached to the ground but police did not take any action.
It is the most recent disaster to hit the game and comes days after Alexander Polli, an outstanding and brave wingsuit pilots, kicked the bucket in the wake of colliding with a tree amid a flight.
Polli got to be well known in the wake of posting a video of himself flying through a little opening in a gigantic rock called the 'Roca Forad' in Montserrat, Spain.
