The name of the person has been identified as “Saurabh Bilgaiyan”. He said that, “he now wants to know from the leaders why he was not chosen for the army.”

A Times Of India newspaper asserted, Saurabh Bilgaiyan has a tattoo 'Jab tak sooraj chand rahega Shivraj mama aur Modi ka naam rahega' on his chest.

A 23-yr old man was class X pass-out student. He became follower of Modi post 2014 elections and also was impressed by Chouhan. He got the tattoo in year 2014.

"I was not dropped for lacking in any department, but for a tattoo which says 'Jab tak sooraj chand rahega Shivraj mama aur Modi ka naam rahega'," he said.

Since 2014, the man was not given permission at Karadi near Pune, Anuppur and Guna army camps.

Tattoos are only permitted on the arms as per India Army.
