J&K: 2 militants killed as army foiled an infiltration bid on LoC

Jammu & Kashmir: On Saturday as the Indian Armed Forces foiled an infiltration bid with the Line of Control (LoC) in Machhil sector of Jammu and Kashmir Kupwara district, 2 militants died.

Defence representative Col Rajesh Kalia also conveyed that 2 militants were killed as an infiltration bid has been carried in Machhil sector.

Rajesh Kalia further conveyed that officials positioned there observed some suspicious movement down the LoC and instantly challenged the impostors.

After that in the gun fight two militants were killed. Some weapons found from the slain militant, whose identity and association is being ascertained.
