12 killed, over 40 injured in Cameroon suicide bomb attack


A suicide bomb assault in a residential area in northern Cameroon close to the Nigerian fringe killed at least 12 individuals were killed and more than 40 injured, late on Wednesday, a senior armed force source and a local official told a leading news agency.

No group asserted duty regarding the assault, which happened in the town of Waza, five miles from the Nigerian fringe in a district every now and again focused by Boko Haram activists.
